This item is a Haverstraw NY Fire Dept. Lady Warren Hose Co. #5 100rd year aniversary collector plate (1869-1969). It has a large chip at the top of the plate,otherwise V/G condition. I looked for the chip with no avail. Shipping for this item is $8.50. Picture to come.
